Wise Guys 816 was established in Raleigh-Durham NC in 2013. The owner Having grown up in the pizza business at an early age, and owning two other Pizza places, has a huge passion for making pizza, and making people happy, Wise Guys 816, is the bridge to both.

There is no secret!!!
our signature sauce starts with the tomato.
We use only San Marzano tomatoes, Hand crushed, grown exclusively in the Campania region in Italy, we use extra-virgin olive oil, Sea Salt, and fresh Basil.
Its sauce, in its simplest form, yet makes the best pizza.
It's been passed down through generations and is the key to our delicious pizzas.

As a Christian family-owned business, we believe in giving back to our community. We source our ingredients from local farmers and suppliers whenever possible.
We also Partner with Escoffier Culinary Institute and the Chefs Academy, and Hire aspiring chefs from local homeless shelters to send for scholarships.
We also support the NO KID HU
